1. Notify us via email of your intention to return and why: info at madsoap.com
2. We will send you a return slip and shipping label to print at home.
3. Complete return slip requesting refund or replacement and tape shipping label to package or envelope you’re using for the return.
4. Replacement item or refund will be processed within 7 days on receipt of returned item.
Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for cost of shipping for returns. Note: 14 days start on the day of delivery.
